When we ship
Parcels leave Kraków within 24 hours of the payment being credited, on working days. Every model is packed separately in rigid protection.
Poland
- DHL courier: PLN 12.99, delivery in 1–2 working days from dispatch.
- InPost Paczkomat parcel locker or PaczkoPunkt: PLN 12.99, delivery usually in 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Every 5th model free
For every 5 models in your cart, you get the cheapest one for PLN 0: one with 5 models, two with 10, three with 15. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, with no code. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts.
How to choose a Paczkomat
You choose the pickup point at checkout, in the delivery step. Once you enter your address, you will see the five InPost points nearest to it: Paczkomats (lockers) and PaczkoPunkts (points in shops and kiosks). The nearest point is selected straight away, so before you pay, check that it is the one where you want to collect your parcel.
Tracking number
Once your parcel has been sent, we will email you the tracking number and a tracking link.
Other countries
We ship to all European Union countries with DHL courier. The delivery cost depends on the country and the weight of the parcel. You will see it at checkout before you pay. Parcels up to 1 kg can also be sent by express, and to Malta we ship by express only. Prices in the shop include VAT, and for EU countries we do not add customs duties or charges on delivery. We do not yet ship from the shop outside the European Union.

Parcel damaged in transit
If your parcel arrived damaged, take photos of the packaging and the contents and write to sklep@resoraki.com. If possible, complete a damage report with the courier: this makes it easier to handle the matter, but it is not a condition for filing a complaint.
