Right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you buy as a consumer or as an entrepreneur with consumer rights (przedsiębiorca na prawach konsumenta), you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you received the goods. If your order arrived in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement of withdrawal before the period expires: by email to sklep@resoraki.com or by post to: Resoraki spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company under Polish law), ul. Bartosza Głowackiego 4/14, 30-085 Kraków. You can use the model form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of your statement by email.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods to: Resoraki sp. z o.o., ul. Bartosza Głowackiego 4/14, 30-085 Kraków, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of sending the goods back. Pack the models so that they are not damaged in transit.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the cost of delivering the goods to you (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the shop), no later than 14 days from receiving your statement of withdrawal. We make the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different one; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

Condition of returned goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This applies in particular to models in their original, factory-sealed packaging (blister): opening or damaging the collector's packaging reduces the value of the model.

Complaints

If the goods do not conform to the contract (for example, they differ from the description or photos), write to sklep@resoraki.com. We reply within 14 days. The complaint rules are set out in §9 of the Terms and Conditions.
