VOLKSWAGEN VW BEETLE (GARBUS) Hongwell Red 1:72

The Hongwell Volkswagen Beetle diecast model features the characteristic shape with heavily rounded wings and round headlamps positioned at the tops of the wheel arches. The colour scheme includes red paintwork with silver trim strips and window frames, as well as chrome bumpers. The wheels are fitted with solid silver wheel covers, while the black tyres contrast with the metal bodywork. The model is 67 mm long, placing it in a scale close to 1:61. The interior is visible through the transparent windows and highlights the details of the dashboard and upholstery. The transparent headlamps, chrome bumpers and thick silver window surrounds emphasise the car's classic character. Additional elements include interior detailing and precise reproduction of the body trim, giving the diecast model an authentic appearance and making it possible to identify the brand through its production features.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
