VOLKSWAGEN POLO R WRC, Altaya 2016, Die-cast, White and blue, 1:43

Precisely reproduced model of the Volkswagen Polo R WRC in 1:43 scale, made of metal and painted white and blue with red and black accents. The sponsor decals have been reproduced with attention to detail, while numerous rally markings and characteristic graphics emphasise its authenticity. The model features short decal strips, small bodywork elements, interior details visible through the transparent window, as well as the characteristic body shape of the Polo R WRC with clearly defined contours and a spoiler. The set also includes a display case that protects and showcases the diecast model, making it an attractive part of a collection. The whole model follows the style typical of the Altaya series: a solid metal construction, precise reproduction of mechanical and rally details, as well as an elegant finish in colours combining white, blue and red, highlighting the sense of dynamism and movement when displayed.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
