Volkswagen Golf Mk1 Norev '80 White 1:43 Made in Spain

This Volkswagen Golf Mk1 diecast model in 1:43 scale features a white body with black bumpers and grille, yellow windows, and details made from metal and plastic. The silhouette captures the classic shape of the first generation: a simple bonnet air intake, characteristic rectangular headlights and a black grille. The line of the side windows, the reproduction of the C-pillar and the small bodywork joins testify to the precision of the Spanish-made Norev castings. The wheels feature concentric ring printing, while the clear windows with a subtle yellowish tint and the opening rear hatch add functionality. The 1:43 scale corresponds to a length of approximately 97 mm, matching the Golf Mk1's real-life length of approximately 3825 mm. The model is made from a combination of metal and plastic, ensuring durability and faithful reproduction of the details. In addition, two holes in the roof suggest the possibility of reproducing roof accessories. This diecast model reflects the spirit of the 1980s, with details thoughtfully designed for collectors and incorporating the characteristic elements of Norev styling from that period.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
