Vintage Model Car Summer '90 1:64 Control Team Loose Red Vintage Model

This small Summer diecast model is made to approximately 1:64 scale and measures 66 mm in length. The model represents a three-door estate car with a compact, simplified shape typical of budget toy cars from the late 20th century. The red body is complemented by white racing prints, including the “Control Team” marking, which emphasises the miniature’s rally character. The glazed rear section of the body highlights the space behind the cabin, while distinctive light elements are fitted to the roof. Silver bumpers contrast with the red paintwork and give the model a technical appearance. The diecast model has black wheels with silver rims, mounted on a simple construction intended for free play. The body is made of metal, while selected elements such as the windows, chassis and external equipment are made of plastic. This is a loose example and shows signs of previous use, which should be taken into account when assessing its condition.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
