VETTE VAN Hot Wheels 1979 Black 1:64

The side view shows a black body with yellow Vette VAN lettering and a red stripe along the sides, referencing the distinctive style of the 1970s. This diecast model has cream-coloured plastic interior parts in the middle section, visible through the open windows and transparent windscreen, adding authenticity. Details of the metal base with embossed lettering and chrome wheels on axles highlight the character of the model. The colour scheme combines a dominant black colour with contrasting accents, while minor edge wear reflects its history in the collection. There are no moving opening parts, which corresponds to the Mainline version. The model is approximately 73 mm long, which fits the 1:64 scale. It is made from a mixture of zinc and plastic, providing a solid, metallic feel. The lettering on the interior reading WHITE VAN confirms the thematic motif. Chrome wheels on steel axles add shine and stability on the shelf. The model captures the spirit of the 1970s, the design trends of the time for van-type vehicles, and makes an interesting addition to any diecast model collection.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
