The Buster Matchbox 1995 1:64 Blue Pickup Loose

Matchbox The Buster is a metal diecast model depicting a compact pickup measuring approximately 76 mm in length, corresponding to 1:64 scale. The body is finished in blue, with contrasting yellow stripes decorating its sides. Silver details highlight selected trim elements, including parts of the front section and body accessories. The model has an open load bed, typical of the vehicle's utility character. The construction combines a metal body with plastic components. This example dates from 1995 and was made in China. The loose condition includes significant paint wear, visible mainly on the edges and surfaces exposed to contact. The signs of use give it an authentic, archival character, but limit its appeal as an example intended for display in pristine condition.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
