SUPER G.T. Matchbox 1985 Blue 1:64

Visual and technical description: the diecast model has a metal body and plastic chassis, which is typical of models from this series. The blue body with a large number 57 sticker on the bonnet and a ribbed pattern on the rear section creates a distinctive profile. The plastic windows are dark, while the rear spoiler adds aerodynamic styling. The wheels with Matchbox rims have a clear pattern and serve both an aesthetic and practical purpose during play. The base features the following moulded markings: MATCHBOX INT LTD 1985 BR 23/24 and MADE IN CHINA, confirming the item's origin and age. Minor signs of use, paint rubbing and minimal chips are visible, confirming the authenticity of this model from the 1980s. The model has a racing coupé style characteristic of diecast models in this series, while the colour scheme of a blue background, yellow and red accents and black windows creates a strong contrast. The body length is similar to the classic dimensions of that era, while the rear spoiler and body profile emphasise the model's sporty character.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
