SUPER G.T. Matchbox 1985 White 1:64

The bright white body colour with red and black accents creates a classic racing effect. The model is a diecast model in a scale close to 1:64, with a die-cast metal body and plastic base. The underside bears the inscriptions SUPER G.T. MATCHBOX INT. LTD 1985 MADE IN CHINA and BR 3/4, confirming its age and origin. The details are also clearly visible: red and black racing stripes, a plastic window, rear air intakes and multi-hole wheels. The model is approximately 70 mm long, corresponding to a 1:64 scale. The model has numerous scuffs and paint chips on the edges and wheel arches, adding authenticity to a collection. The whole model is made from a metal casting with plastic elements, featuring a distinctive finish and the character of a Matchbox diecast model from the late 1980s. It has no opening parts, and the cockpit is an imitation. This example represents the Mainline style and will be of interest to collectors who appreciate retro design and original markings.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
