Porsche 959 Welly Red 1:32

The Porsche 959 diecast model by Welly is in 1:32 scale, painted in an intense red shade with black accents and silver wheels, emphasising the car’s sporty character. The metal body is combined with a plastic chassis, which affects the fit of the components and the model’s overall weight. Opening doors on both sides allow a view of the faithfully reproduced interior: the console, steering wheel and seats are made from precisely crafted elements, while small fabric inserts reproduce the texture of the upholstery. Plastic windows imitate the windscreen and side windows, although they may look artificial from some angles. The underside bears the markings NO.43737 and MADE IN CHINA; minor signs of paint wear and scratches are also visible on the bodywork, adding authenticity while also reminding us that this is a model from a budget range. The whole model captures the distinctive Porsche design of the 1980s, with sharp-edged doors, a low profile and muscular contours. Despite its simpler materials, this diecast model features subtle details and collectible value for enthusiasts of sports cars in 1:32 scale.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
