PETERBILT SHELL TANKER Matchbox 1981 Die cast 180 White 1:64 diecast model

This 1:64 diecast model is a metal die-cast with plastic wheels. The cab is white, the tank has a metallic silvery-gold colour, and the red and yellow stripes together with the Shell logo create a distinctive side line. The details on top of the tank imitate a grille, while two exhausts and textured steps are visible beside the cab. The six-wheeled chassis, with a twin rear axle, gives the model a stable profile. The underside features markings characteristic of the Matchbox series, as well as information about its origin from that period, confirming its authenticity. The model shows signs of use: light edge rubs, slight paint dulling and small traces of rust on the metal parts, adding to its vintage character. The 94 mm length corresponds to the classic 1:64 miniature, and the whole model reflects the spirit of 1981, when this Shell version was popular in collectors' modelling sets.
