Orange and Blue Flippers Hot Wheels 1990's Blue 1:64

This diecast model is a classic example of 1990s modelling design. The blue body combined with the orange chassis creates a striking contrast, while the black windows and white eight-hole wheels emphasise the vehicle's character. The body is made of metal and the chassis of plastic, providing durability during play while also allowing for the creation of side skirts and a splitter. The tyres are wide and styled to give the car a sporty character, while the paint features a Surf Up tampo. The windows are not transparent, which is typical of simpler Hot Wheels variants from the era. Its length of 69 mm suggests a scale of approximately 1:64 compared with the real car; the whole model fits the style of the Flippers series. The use of plastic in the chassis components affects the weight and makes it easier to release from the mould, while the white wheel colour and contrasting colours make the model recognisable.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
