Mustang Cobra Matchbox 1993 1:64 Loose Red

This Matchbox diecast model in 1:64 scale depicts a sporty convertible inspired by the Mustang Cobra variant. The body is finished in an intense red, complemented by a black bonnet with a distinctive cobra graphic. The contrasting colour combination gives the model a dynamic, racing character. An opening section of the roof is visible, adding interest to the design and allowing the cabin to be displayed more clearly. The miniature is made from a combination of metal and plastic, and measures approximately 77 mm in length. The sporty body proportions, low bonnet line and characteristic silhouette of the open-roof car have been retained. The example is offered loose and shows clear signs of wear to the paint finish, particularly on the body components. Despite this, it retains a recognisable appearance, attractive colours and a collectible character.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
