MOD TRACTOR Matchbox 1972 Pink 1:64 Made in England

Mod Tractor is a diecast model following the conventions of Matchbox manufacturers from the early 1970s. The metal die-cast piece is approximately 60 millimetres long, making it a solid yet compact addition to a collection. The paintwork, described as pink with yellow and silver accents, emphasises the character of the agricultural machine, whose outline and cab detailing reproduce the classic shape of a heavy tractor. The underside bears the traditional manufacturer identification from the period; the whole model retains a straightforward design and characteristic wheels with substantial tyres. This diecast model, produced in England in 1972, combines functionality with a retro aesthetic, while the metal body provides durability that remains pleasing to the eye for years. The colour scheme combines contrasting colours, creating an eye-catching and often recognisable element of a display case. The model is an example of the attention to detail and sturdiness of manufacture characteristic of that period.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
