MINI TRUCK (BOOM BOX) Mainline Hot Wheels 1990 Copper 1:64

The diecast model presented is a Mini Truck (Boom Box) from the Mainline line, dating from 1990. The model is made from a combination of metal and plastic, retaining its metallic copper colour, which contrasts with the black bumper and black chassis, as well as the beige graphic elements. At 77 mm long, it is within the standard size, while the low-profile suspension emphasises its tuning character. The characteristic exposed engine in the bonnet, visible drivetrain and lack of a full roof give this example an aggressive character with elements of the boom box scene. A half windscreen replaces the roof, while the integrated rear spoiler and side spoiler create smooth body lines. A speaker set with silver finishes has been installed in the load bed, while the transparent window adds depth and allows the interior details to be viewed. The black and beige graphics blend with the metallic body colour, while the black chassis elements and finishes give the entire form a solid appearance. The 1990s style of the Mainline series is expressed through the combination of tuning elements with an exposed engine and a distinctive cabin area; all of this comes together in a unique diecast model that fits naturally into Hot Wheels collecting terminology.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
