Man Tga Grell Red 1:87

The diecast model is a representation of a metal-and-plastic tractor unit in the promotional Grell version. The front is dominated by a rectangular grille with two gold emblems and three horizontal air intakes in the bumper; the cab side has the characteristic pressed details of the MAN TGA. The colour scheme consists of a red cab, black chassis and grille, and gold wheels with numerous openings. The model is approximately 78 mm long, which at 1:87 scale gives approximate proportions corresponding to the real tractor unit. The materials include metal and plastic. Visible details include a front air deflector with printed graphics, cab glazing, a fifth-wheel coupling and gold wheels. The air deflector above the windscreen bears promotional printing suggesting brewery colours; this identifies the model as an advertising example. The overall condition is described as good, with minor paint chips on the roof edges. The model was made in Thailand and reflects the design lines of Grell advertising diecast models used for promotional presentations.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
