LONDON BUS, Matchbox 1981, Vintage die-cast 3/24, Red, 1:87, diecast model

This diecast model in 1:86 scale depicts a red double-decker bus made from die-cast metal, with a white interior and an advertising band with colourful details. Two levels of windows provide a view of the moulded seats and interior with small details, while the black chassis and wheels emphasise its authentic character. The chassis bears the inscriptions MATCHBOX and LESNEY ENGLAND, as well as catalogue number 3/24. The model has heavily worn paintwork with visible scuffs and small chips, reflecting its well-used character and the history of the example. Its approximately 98 mm length reflects the proportions of the era, while the 1981 production year confirms its status as a classic from the early Matchbox series.
