FORD THUNDERBIRD 1957 Ferrero Blue 1:90

The side view shows the sleek, streamlined body lines with a short body and exposed wings, which imitated the first-generation 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The Metallic Blue bodywork combined with the silver bumper finish creates a contrast, while the beige-transparent windscreen adds lightness. The wheels have black rims with small openings and a dense texture, mounted on a plastic base that forms the bumpers. The interior is simplified, without complex details, with clear but limited panel elements and an imitation dashboard. The doors open, adding interactivity to the model, while the plastic base serves as the bumpers and support. The toy has a collectible character; its scale has been calculated at approximately 1:90, indicating a loose Mainline series. The whole model presents a 1950s style with a simple, economical aesthetic typical of Ferrero in the 1980s, while conveying the spirit of the era through its details and proportions. The diecast model is stable, and the use of metal and plastic gives it durability and a characteristic weight in the hand, appreciated by collectors.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
