Dragster Hot Wheels 2001 Orange 1:64

This diecast model, made using die-cast technology with plastic elements, features a characteristic exposed front engine, large rear wheels with wide tyres and a slightly lowered cockpit. The paintwork combines orange with blue accents, complemented by silver and black details and the number 5 on the side. The metal base has a moulded feature and markings underneath: made in MALAYSIA, catalogue number 52933, production date 2001 and visible manufacturer inscriptions. In addition, visible signs of use and paint scuffs add collector character, suggesting a history of being displayed. The design is dominated by the sporty character of the Dragster, with wide rear tyres and an aerodynamic wing, as well as a low-set cockpit and exposed engine. The whole model features a balanced colour scheme: vivid orange, contrasting blue and silver details, providing clear scale definition and an attractive visual effect on the shelf. The underside also bears embossed markings and identifiers confirming the authenticity of the model. Despite its signs of use, this diecast model shows solid workmanship and a character that will appeal to enthusiasts of classic racing models from the era.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
