CITY BUS Matchbox 2004 White 1:120

The side view shows the precise paintwork: the dominant white colour is complemented by yellow and orange stripes, as well as detailed graphics on the doors and sides that capture the character of a city bus. The model is made of metal, with a solid body and clearly defined cast geometry, safe edges and durable paintwork. Its length is approximately 89 mm, corresponding to a scale of 1:120; the chassis and axles are finished with black tyres featuring light tread and metal wheels. Windows and front glazing elements are visible on the top, with a subtle tinted shade; the sides feature graphics and catalogue number MB662. The manufacturer indicates Thailand as the place of production, while the year 2004 confirms the period context; the model reflects the typical Matchbox style of that era, with careful reproduction of technical details such as the grille, bumpers and chassis trim. The whole model retains a substantial metal character and the distinctive precision of the casting, making this diecast model an attractive display piece that works perfectly alongside other urban transport vehicles and collector sets from this line.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
