Citroen 2Cv6 Corgi '80 Red 1:64 Made in Gt Britain

The Citroen 2CV6 by Corgi is a classic diecast model finished in vivid red with contrasting white interiors and delicate floral motifs on the side panels. The model is made from a combination of metal and plastic, providing suitable rigidity and a realistic feel in the hand. With a length of approximately 75 mm in 1:64 scale, it suggests precise reproduction of the details, while the glossy paintwork emphasises the characteristic body lines and profile of the Citroen 2CV6, with clearly defined wings and a classic, simple front end. The white interior contrasts with the red body and highlights the subtle floral motifs on the side panels, which add refinement to this edition. The use of metal and plastic ensures durability and suitable weight, while the precise reproduction of details such as the door locks and body divisions confirms the quality of the workmanship. The model was produced in Great Britain in the 1980s, making it an interesting example of regional Corgi design. This diecast model combines aesthetic appeal with historical context and makes an attractive display piece for collectors seeking distinctive paintwork variants.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
