Chevrolet Corvette Superfast Matchbox 1979 White 1:64 Made in Macau

The Matchbox Chevrolet Corvette diecast model from the Superfast series features a metal body with small plastic elements. The base is stamped with the visible Superfast logo and the inscription MADE IN MACAU. The model is predominantly white, combined with red stripes on the bonnet and a red interior; the open roof gives the roadster's shape a dynamic character. Details include silver accents on the wheels and chromed elements, as well as visible paint wear and local losses to the coating, which add authenticity to the model. The wheels are typical of the Superfast series, and the length is approximately 76 mm. This descriptive diecast model showcases the style of the 1970s, combining a sporty character with a solid metal construction and natural plastic details.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
