BMW 2002 Hot Wheels 2011 White 1:64

This Hot Wheels diecast model represents a BMW 2002 in a sporty livery with number 9. The body is made of die-cast metal, while the base and windows are made of plastic. The base bears the markings Made in Malaysia, the year 2011 and the distinctive Hot Wheels flame symbol. The model has widened wheel arches, sporty wheels and aggressively defined side lines that emphasise its racing character. The colour scheme consists of white paint with blue and red stripes; the black wheels contrast with the light-coloured bodywork. The windows are tinted, enhancing the effect of an authentic racing car. Numerous details, such as fine grooves and embossing on the bodywork, reproduce its period style, while additional markings in the number 9 livery and the widened wheel arches reinforce this impression. The model shows signs of minor use, and the paint edges display light wear, suggesting time spent exploring the track. The whole creates a coherent collectible piece, with attention drawn to the precise windscreen edge, relatively small logo details and realistic paint-wear effect.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
