1957 Ford Thunderbird Matchbox 1:64 Loose Burgundy

This Matchbox model in 1:64 scale depicts a 1957 Ford Thunderbird, one of the recognisable American convertibles from the classic car era. The body is finished in a burgundy metallic colour, highlighting the rounded lines of the bodywork and the car's elegant silhouette. The light cream interior contrasts with the darker paintwork, while the chrome elements give the model the distinctive appearance of a 1950s car. An important detail is the opening bonnet, which allows the front section of the bodywork to be displayed and adds to the miniature's functionality. The diecast model has a metal body and plastic elements, and its length is approximately 79 mm. The base is finished in a chrome colour. This example is offered as a loose model, without packaging, in a condition described as loose.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
