'16 Mazda CX-5 Matchbox 2017 Mainline 1:64 Loose Black

The model reproduces the Mazda CX-5, a compact SUV from 2016, retaining the characteristic body proportions and raised silhouette of the car. The black paint gives the diecast model a subdued, versatile appearance, while the silver wheels provide a clear colour accent. Glazed headlights are used at the front of the vehicle and stand out well against the dark bodywork. The finely reproduced grille emphasises the design of the Mazda's front end and enhances the appearance of the small model. The construction combines a metal body with a plastic base, providing the durability and lightness typical of 1:64 scale models. The length of approximately 70 mm corresponds to the compact collector format. The example was produced in Thailand, released in 2017 and bears the catalogue numbers MB1077 and FHG87. The condition described as loose indicates a model intended to be stored outside its original packaging.

Used, collectible diecast model; after restoration it is like new (without a box, unless a box is shown in the photos). We restore models with 3D-printed replacements for missing parts and special paints made for restoring model cars. If the model shows signs of use, it has been intentionally left partly unrestored to keep its individual vintage character. The photos show the actual condition of the model.

The date given in the title or description is not always the date the casting was made. It may refer to the design of the model, the first casting series or the production of the real car. We give the dates the manufacturer states on the base. If in doubt, check all information against the photo of the base of the model.
